During the summer, you can spend beautiful hours on your balcony or terrace, and in the colder months, there's a lot of winter fun to be had. There are several cross-country ski trails right in front of your holiday chalet, and the area is ideal for hiking.
The Olympia Sports and Congress center and the “Seekirchl Church”, Seefeld's landmark, are located directly in front of the holiday homes.
Looking for a bit of luxury? Then you'll be pleased to know that some of our Chalets have their own sauna and an open fireplace.
Free Wi-Fi is available in all chalets. Racks for ski boots are also provided in each Chalet.

- You have unlimited access to the wellness area, a bathrobe will be provided in your room.
- The visitor's tax of 2.80 € per person per day is not included in the price.
- Pets: Dogs are welcome on request. We charge a small surcharge of € 18.00 per day (without food) for your dear four-legged friend. As a dog lover, you will certainly understand that your pet is not allowed in the dining room nor in the SPA area reasons of hygiene.
- Arrival/departure: Your chalet will be at your disposal from 15.00 h on the day of arrival and until 11.00 h on the day of departure. Depending on availability, you are welcome to arrange a Late Check-out or Early Check-in for an extra charge.
- Cancellation: In the summer season up to 7 days before departure free of charge, then 90% of the total amount. In the winter season free of charge up to 30 days before departure (except Christmas, New Year's Eve, World Championship and Carnival), then up to 14 days before arrival 50% of the total amount, up to 7 days before departure 75% and for later cancellations 90% of the total amount.
- Accepted means of payment: Сash, Maestro card, credit card (American Express, MasterCard, VISA and Diners Club). Bookings are only confirmed after receipt of the deposit.
